Customer Service Representative
Emma has been working in customer service, administration and sales for several years, both in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. She joined the TBI team this year, bringing a genuine passion for providing great customer service, knowledgeable advice and prompt action. Emma is a truly efficient operator with strong experience in process management and a great eye for detail.
As Tru-Bilt’s own self-professed “geek”, she also enjoys helping her colleagues out with computer issues, thus providing fantastic internal customer service and team support too; something that is greatly valued and appreciated by her co-workers.
